Reservations
We are delighted to take enquiries and reservations by telephone and email. A prepayment charge of the first night only is required at the time of reservation, this prepayment is non-refundable. Please see our cancellation policy below for further information. Email: [email protected]
The hotel retains the right to cancel any booking or bookings for those events outside of our control – fire, flood, illness etc with a refund of deposit.

Cancellation
We recognise plans can change for all sorts of reasons and unforeseen circumstances and are able to accept cancellations without any further charges up to 7 days before arrival date. Any prepayment taken remains non-refundable however we are happy to transfer this amount to another stay of equal or greater value within the same calendar year. Should you cancel or attempt to amend your booking within 7 days of arrival the prepayment is non-transferable or refundable, however no further charges shall apply. We do recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances. As a hotel we cannot continue to suffer the loss incurred from cancellations and ask guests to give us as much time as possible so that we may re-let the room

Privacy
We respect your privacy. All our data is held securely and we never share any information about our guest to any third party.
Settling your account
Accounts are settled on the morning of departure. We accept building society cheques, cash and most major credit cards (we make no additional charge for payment by debit/credit card).
We do not add any service charges - gratuities are left to discretion of our guests.
No allowances can be made for temporary absence, curtailment of your stay or meals not taken.

Check in and check out
Your room will normally be available from 2pm on the day of arrival. You are of course very welcome to arrive early and perhaps enjoy a coffee with us or stretch your legs with an amble into town.
So that we can prepare your room for the next guest we would ask that you check out by 10.30 on the morning of departure. You are welcome to leave your car in our carpark until you are ready to start your journey.

Dining
We serve breakfast from 8.15am to 9.15am everyday
Dinner is served daily from 6.30pm till 7.30pm with pre dinner drinks available in the lounge or on the terrace and coffee served in the lounge afterwards

Smoking
The hotel is totally non smoking. Guest are welcome to smoke in the garden away from the building. If we find any guests to have smoked in their rooms there will be an additional charge of £50 as it is an illegal offence.
Children
Having children ourselves we thought it was only fair to accept children at our hotel. Please contact us for more info.
Pets
We accept dogs at our hotel and they are allowed in our 3 ground floor rooms at a charge of £15 per night to cover the additional cleaning required. Guide dogs are of course welcome at anytime.
Damages
In the unlikely event of replacement, cleaning or repair being required to item(s) belonging to the hotel or the fabric of the hotel itself because of wilful damage or damage incurred because reasonable precautions have not being taken, We reserve the right to reclaim all and any cost incurred.
Valuables
The hotel cannot be responsible for loss or damage to valuable items unless deposited with us at reception.
Parking
We have plenty of parking available for all our guests. Cars are left at the owners' risk.
